Callaghan Collision Centre, formerly known as James Callaghan Smash Repairs, has been operating successfully by the current owner since 1990.
We are the prominent automotive body repair business in the Sutherland Shire, specialising in accident repair.
It has always been the policy of the company to provide the highest levels of workmanship and customer service and this has contributed to its business success and to establish its reputation as a leading member of the repair industry.
Callaghan Team
The business employs 23 people who are all fulltime employees with most of these staff being employed for over 8 years on average.
With Jason managing the business, the administration department is headed up by Kirsty who oversees all aspects of the daily running of the business from HR matters through to managing creditors and debtors and all compliance matters.
Staffing Consists Of:
Fleet coordinator with over 25 years experience in the industry liaising with Government and large corporate fleet departments.
Quality Production Supervisor, ensuring that vehicle repair stages are completed to the highest standard
Customer service officers and administration staff to assist with all aspects of your repair process, whether it be an insurance claim or private work being undertaken.
Estimator And Parts Coordinator
Panel Beaters and Spray painters – Qualified tradespeople, highly skilled and are trained to ensure your vehicle is repaired to not just pre accident condition but to manufacturers original standards. We use industry best practice and manufacturers recommended method of repair.
